My initial appointment with the doctor was for 1:30pm. After so much paperwork and waiting, I didn't see the doctor until after 3pm. I knew that there would be some paperwork. Perhaps if you could allow the patient to pick up the paperwork to complete before the visit, that would help. Other than that, I am pleased so far.
Pay. Proper attention to the patient
Always prompt with scheduling. Made sure the wait time was never an issue.

Very hospitable and friendly. The professionalism and expertise made each visit more comfortable.
This is my second experience with the doctors and the front desk. The people who work there is very welcoming. The doctor are very well educated in they field.
