Nurses aides ladies were nice and curtious and the Dr Bassen was professional
The staff is much better but the wait time is a mess
All I can say that everything was very convenient and straightforward I really enjoyed Ashley I believe that's her name black woman in the front that answers the phone was always willing to take her time and give you your schedule and etcetera really like her energy spirit I believe he deserves all reward please let her know that Mr James Jones really appreciate every call and concerns I ever had from running late 2 letting the doctor know I was on my way I really appreciate you Ashley I hope I'm getting your name right
All staff were courteous, kind, and helpful. With showing up post accident they all went above and beyond making me feel well taken care of.
The overall experience was a good one. The staff is very welcoming and the doctor is ok. The therapy doctor though is very nice and will go all out to make sure you get better. I would definitely recommend them . Thanks for treating me.
All staff was kind & considerate. Dr's were same. Appointment times were pretty much on time.
