My experience was warm, sincere & I wasn't alone in wanting so badly my pain to leave. The fill-in tech's shared my hearts desire as well. My stats were a bit different b/c I came aboard w/ pre-existing pain. In conjunction w/ not only receiving p/t, but also I had my question(s) answered & explained. Having my entire back iced felt like heaven.
