Very polite and helpful staff. I felt very welcomed on my 3 times a week PT for 6 weeks for my injuries. Everything is cleaned and wiped down after every client. I would highly recommend this group for your recovery process. I was there for lower back injury and neck pain as a result of an auto accident.

Appointment scheduling is easy and convenient. I'm habitually late to everything in my life and the staff doesn't make me feel awkward nor do they chastise me. I've never had physical therapy or chiropractor services, so I'm enjoying this healing process.

The entire staff at the Columbia location is amazing. The manager Melissa is great and always ensure I’m good at every visit . Rebecca is always smiling and kind and makes me feel welcome. Dr Kim is AMAZING !!!!!!💙💙💙. He always knows where I’m hurting and helps me to feel better after every visit. He also tells the best jokes. Chelsea always gets on my nerves in the best possible way ! She has me laughing like crazy on every visit. Our dynamic is crazy. Shout out to Dr Kim’s play list .
