ALL the staff was very professional, polite, pleasant and accommodating. My only suggestion would be to STRICTLY enforce the policy of no cell phones allowed once you leave the lobby to allow all patients their privacy and to be able to focus on their individualized therapy without being subject to people's loud conversations and the taking of selfies.

Professional staff, very clean office and extremely flexible. The wait time to get in and out for therapy was always set at minimum. Whenever the office seemed to get full the staff worked with a sense of urgency which was greatly appreciated. One thing that was helpful was being able to change therapy times to fit around your schedule and not being locked into a specific time.
The medical treatment for physical therapy are very helpful, and I felt improvements from the first day.
The staff was friendly and there was hardly ever any wait time to be seen my Dr. Kim or the Orthopedic.
