I had an appointment at 10:15, arrived at 10. I was not seen until 12:05. The Dr was in the room for my visit less than 5 min. Unreal!! The staff was RUDE when asking how much longer it was going to be AFTER WAITING 2 HOURS!!

Friendly staff understanding to my children with behavior problems very professional
I am disappointed that not all staff and Dr. personnel take the precaution to wear masks. It makes me very uncomfortable.

I'm not sure that the staff can make it right, maybe the management? The girls at the front desk and the PT girls, did their best and couldn't be nicer, if they worked at a better facility they would probably thrive. The whole place is in need of cleaning, dust on the actual bathroom walls, grime around the sink where patients wash their hands before par fin is kind of disgusting. Very terrible! Long wait and receptionist very rude and unfriendly. I would not refer anyone to this location.
This was my first appointment. It was good so far. With only one appointment its difficult to give more more specific information.
