Unfortunately I ended up going there due to a car accident, but my experience with them was Fantastic!!! From the Front Desk, to the Guys and Girls in the back to the Doctors. Everyone made you feel like family and that they Genuinely cared about you and how you were doing. They remember the smallest details about you and what is going on with you!! I’ve had the unfortunate luck of being in 2 pretty bad car accidents this year, but I’ve been fortunate enough to have been sent to Multi-Specialty Health Care in Overlea. I’ve had an Excellent Experience Here from the Front Desk, to the Guys and Girls in the Back, to the Doctors. I recently have had to go somewhere else to get a more extensive kind of care that’s not provided here, and while I enjoy going there, I miss coming here!! It’s a family environment. This was the best experience ever politeness and professional on every level
Everyone from the receptionists to the Dr.that saw me was exceptionally attentive courteous and professional not just to myself but as I observed to all the other patients in the building
I had good time ,all stuff members are qualified and friendly I can give them 5 stars
