Love this staff and Dr. Carroll! Very gentle and compassionate. Kelly renewed my faith in dental hygienists as well. She was gentle and caring. My last hygienist was the reason I quit going to that dentist. This place has been such a positive experience since I’ve become a patient! I can’t leave Dawn out, she takes great care of you the moment you walk in!
I love Dr.Carroll and all his team. From the moment you walk in the door you’re greeted by warm friendly smiles. These guys care about your smile and your budget. I’ve had my teeth cleaned by his exceptional hygienist, fillings by his exceptional assistant (which is definitely his right hand!) I’ve had a crown which fit perfectly and was super quick. I’m not a big fan of the dentist and my old one could never get me in regularly. I was so pleased with Kelly and how calm and gentle she was. Her vibe was exactly what I needed to calm my nerves about the dentist.
Always a nice warm welcome, and they explain procedures and costs on everything I need done. Nicest group I've ever seen by to have dental work done. I give them an A+++.
I tried to write an “exceptional” review, I really did, until I realized there were not enough “exceptionally superlative words” to describe this dental practice. This had to be one of the most horrific experiences of my life – breaking a tooth while being on vacation from VA, but it turned into the best dental experience I’ve ever had.
