I had waited over 8 hours at covenant ER and had about another 8 to wait. I decided to go to exceptional emergency center to see if they could help me instead. The staff was super caring and patient with me as I got stitches. Helped me through my anxiety and did a tremendous job. They did their job quickly yet very professionally and made a comfortable environment for me throughout my time there. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

I have been here a few times and I am always seen quickly. The staff is always friendly, from the receptionist to the doctor and nurses. I would highly recommend them. Absolutely the best ER in Lubbock!!

Always quick and friendly. Rarely a hassle. However; when it was time for me to leave I was directed to the front desk, where the woman told me she wanted $500 because my ins had changed. My ins is the same BCBS of Texas thru my employer since August of this year. Never have I been told your clinic is out of my network until my recent visit. I'm extremely disappointed as I could've gone somewhere else had I known this BEFORE the visit and not AFTER the visit. I was in too much pain & too sick to look up who was in or ... read more

I went in with my boyfriend on Saturday 3/20/21 and the girl who checked him in smelt like a long night of drinking and could barely make out her words. Unacceptable no one wants to smell alcohol when they aren't feeling good.
