I came to visit from Fort Worth to Lubbock, my children study at Texas Tech University, during my stay here in Lubbock I was sick with all the symptoms of COVID but more serious, before coming here I went to the Covenant Medical Center emergency hospital where I had very bad experience and for my health I left that hospital. I had an exceptional experience at Exceptional ER!!! Check in was quick and easy, the nurses are super nice and very professional. Dr. Lang was very thorough with his exam. CT scan done quickly. Results were quick. They even made my referral to a local ENT for my problem. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!!! Thank you Exceptional ER!!! I’m 100% satisfied with your care!!!
My husband tore his hamstring and when I tell you it was so fast we got in and out and they helped us with everything we needed! Dr Lang, Nurse Micheline Admissions rep Veronica and Radiology tech Shayna were THE BEST STAFF EVER! They were so welcoming and funny🤍 1000/10 recommend! Not only did they help my husband they made sure I was comfortable waiting for him! 🤍 THANK YALL SO MUCH
Took my husband there today he was in horrible pain. Cory the nurse was awesome so professional and kind. Dr Henry was there very quick. They found the problem helped him relieve some of his pain said they would get n touch with his urologist. If we need care we will definitely go back
Dr. Lang, Nurse Theresa, and radiology tech Chelsey honestly could not have done a better job at assisting me in my time of pain. They made me feel comfortable, genuinely cared, and explained everything thoroughly and I left with no questions. I will be recommending them to everyone I know in peoples need of urgent care!
