I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the level of care I received during my recent visit to your facility on Thursday around midnight. I presented with concerning symptoms, including shortness of breath, chest tightness, a sore throat, and productive coughing. Upon arrival, I was seen by the triage nurse, who appropriately conducted COVID-19, flu, and strep tests. Talked about private information across the room while other patients were within hearing range. The doctor was dismissive and the staff is rude. The only person who listened to me was the radiologist when I received xrays. Turned out, I had a hernia that really needed fixing.
My experience their was absolutely great. All working their that day i went were respectful and very professional and I would like to say and extra thanks to Doctor Jonathan Tran and the nurses who where there that day. Very very clean facility. 5 stars in my opinion.
I would give 0 stars if that was on option but since its not... let me tell you my experience. My daughter (11 months old) fell off my bed onto the hardwood floor, hitting her head and twisting her neck. I rushed her to Exception since they were closest and I knew they were a fully functionally ER. I told the check in lady my baby had fallen 3 ft off the bed and she was suddenly groggy and couldn't stay awake. Brought my 10yo her she was having pneumonia like symptoms. I asked how much would my insurance cover. She gave the wrong, or horrible explanation over the costs. They charged me $250+ to say she had a stomach bug. There is a reason most people do not come here. DON'T BOTHER! Update: My daughter has pneumonia. We literally asked if it could be pneumonia when we were there. The chalked it up to a stomach bug. DANGEROUS TO COME HERE WITH YOUR CHILD.
