Somehow my Diamond fell out of the claw from my engagement ring. It was bought elsewhere. I put a claim through my home insurance and it was covered. They used Executive Diamonds to assess my ring and offer me a replacement, well, I took the replacement over the money and I am so glad I did. Not only did they replace my Diamond, they refurbish the ring part and they used a higher quality one the the one that was in there and it had a higher appraisal value.
