Tyler did a great job. He made sure to cover all areas of our yard! Even came to the door before he started to make sure it was okay to treat today. We deal with water standing in our backyard which makes it difficult to treat after all the rain we have been having.

I rate this location as 1/2 star but the app forces at least a 1 star rating. They damaged my fence and did not let me know. When questioned, I was ignored. Once they did respond, they wanted to perform a substandard fix. My yard is worse than when this company started. The service techs burned several dead spots, churned up the top soil with the wheels on the powered spreader, dumped pellets and made no observable attempt to spread or remove the overflow. This company has trashed my yard on multiple occasions. I’m not using them anymore because of this. They insist on using heavy machinery even when it is wet despite getting stuck multiple times and being asked multiple times to do the work manually (it’s a small yard). They don’t even apologize - just a, “let me send you to our cancellation department.” Done!

I know that Jacob‘s job was to get the chemicals on the grass and it’s obvious that he covered the yard completely. In doing so, however, I would be much happier if he would take more time to go in straight lines rather than the snake like approach currently used. My lawn was just mowed and the lines were perfectly straight and beautiful and now they are covered with large, haphazard tracks throughout. Cody was friendly, informative and had great customer service when asked about the service treatment today. He even wanted to be sure he would be going across my yard in a specific direction that has been noted on my account, which is an important detail for me. He made sure the areas of my yard were well covered. He was even careful around our patio with the spread of fertilizer which we appreciate.
