Be careful! They will charge you for items you never authorized and areas of lawn not serviced! Have used them for years and now they are rude, refuse to correct their billing mistake! They told me to adjust my bill then added it back on then next bill! I have cancelled my service! No longer trust this company! Buyer beware!
After our first treatment, it was obvious no weed control was applied. After contacting customer service, I was told we would have to wait a industry standard 2 weeks for a “reapplication” even though there was no initial application applied. Waited the 2 weeks and called today and asked to speak to the owner. A manager called back a little later. I don't think there chemicals work. I used them all summer and even got aeration done. My grass is still brown.

This is possibly the worst company I have dealt with lately. I don’t know what is so hard about the concept of setting up an appointment with a client. I have tried multiple times to set up an appointment and they simply show up when they want. I told them that I want to be here to talk to person. They asked what my schedule was for the week and then showed up just expecting me to be here without calling to confirm an appointment time. What is wrong with this company? I began with Organic a few years ago because of their not using bad chemicals in the yard. I have been very satisfied with the way the lawn has gone from a mixture of grasses and weeds to a more even lawn of grass. I would recommend Organic to anyone.
Before moving to my new home last year, I would have given OTC a 5 star rating in a hear beat! I even referred them to my parents and a close friend who used them. Something changed though since I moved to a new home in a new area. I called on 7/5/18 and asked for someone to help w/ the crabgrass and was told I have a regular scheduled appt in a few weeks, but he would move the appt up to kill two birds w/ one stone on the visit and I would hear back shortly on when.
