Express Auto Service did it again! That's why their business card says "Your Dealership Alternative". This time they saved me a lot of $! The sliding passenger door on my Honda Odyssey van had malfunctioned- non responsive. I previously took it to a AAA certified shop that electronically reset the door- but it still didn't work. I love Dave and Connie! They're so friendly and honest. I never feel like I'm over paying and if I have a question they are very quick to fit me in and let me know what's going on with my car. Having a Lexus maintenance can be really unaffordable but not here!! They know exactly what they're doing and even gave me a great reference when I needed to get my smog check done. Very trustworthy and I won't take my car anywhere else!

I will always happily support a family owned business. And this is the best one Iv found yet! Super nice couple, honest, timely and do a great job on your vehicle! Even though they say they specialize in Toyota and Honda, they were extremely knowledgable on my Hyundai. They worked on that poor car till I ran her into the grave. Their prices are very fair, and to be honest, I would pay top dollar for great customer service...which this place is not lacking! A couple times in here and you end up feeling like family! I don't remember how my wife found out about this place but they have taken care of her car and have been honest about the problems with it every time she has had a problem. They also did not do any work on it until they knew where the problem originated if they were not sure which is nice because it definitely minimized costs. I've taken my car there a few times, mostly for oil changes and one full inspection and they have been good about finding different issues wrong with my car. I have an older van that we've been bringing here for about a year. They staff is super friendly, accommodating, and very knowledgeable. They don't leave out of any of the process and like to actually show you what is going wrong with your car. I will continue take my cars here for as long as they are open. The ONLY downside is they aren't open on the weekends, but it's understandable so I make my schedule accordingly.

What can I say, I went in and was out in less then 20 minutes. Ron was very VERY helpful and explained everything to me. I paid an excellent price that can not be beat with the quality you're going to get. I wish they did more then Smog Checks because I'll be def coming back and recommend this place to others! Simply the best, Thanks Ron!

We have taken our cars here for a few years now and have always been happy with the service, prices and customer service. Better than dealer prices but with the same quality. Highly recommend this place to get your car serviced.
