5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️s all the way!!!Excellent service, technician was there on time, helped me move my large furniture around even when they’re not supposed to. The technician even help me stretch and cutaway access carpet. My overall experience was great I have used express many times and will use them over and over again without hesitation. I’m also a big supporter good honest of local business owner and operation. Not only express carpet provide a great service they are also a great supporter in my Community.

Unbelievable service! I almost didn’t bother having my basement carpets cleaned as I assumed they were not possible to clean but I was absolutely shocked at how amazing they look now, along with the rest of the carpets in my home. Dan, our service tech, was prompt, thorough and explained the process. We will use Express again - thanks for an exceptional customer experience.
