I needed a USB in wall charger outlet installed. Wallace was professional from the moment he set foot on the job. He even wore shoe covers. He was quick, efficient, and even cleaned up before he left. We had a great conversation as well. Thank you Wallace!
Jacob provided excellent service! He was very attentive to all of our concerns and sought to find the best solutions, both for what's best for our home and pocketbooks. He was realistic about which projects could be done in one day (we wanted a chandelier serviced) but still explained how we can proceed in the future (returning with one other worker to do the job safely). Jacob works efficiently and quickly and is also very friendly, our cats like him too!
Prompt service call and a great technician, Jacob did a great job and offered several different options. 489 dollars to replace a circuit in my opinion is expensive but what can you do. Four stars for Jacob, minus one for the company's pricing

I’ve had them do some work at my house twice now. They always get out there pretty fast and do good work. Jacob helped me the last time and called me to make it clear when he would be there and I really appreciated that he went the extra mile with communication.
