I'm happy to say the floor installer Brandon was on time friendly, stayed on task and kept a clean work space. In a matter of a few hours he was finished installing my beautiful flooring and I was able to get on with my day. Also thanks to his manager that kept in touch throughout the process.

The Luis and the other installers always arrived on time and worked full days with careful attention to detail and utmost professionalism. They completed ahead of schedule and left the home as clean as could be reasonably expected. Their labor is worth more than the flooring they installed.

My floors look awesome and I'm getting compliments from everyone who comes in. Brandon was so professional, knowledgeable about the entire process, and came on time and finished when he said he would. He was also very pleasant to be around during that daylong process. I would recommend Express Flooring and specifically Brandon, to anyone that wants to redo their floors.

Ran into a couple of problems in the beginning. The first team seemed to want to rush and get the job completed. They made a couple of mistakes which I had to call out, and then they were repaired. Once they got to the stairs, the job seemed to be out of their wheelhouse for what I was looking for. I woke with Jose, the foreman on the job and he brought in a perfectionist, Ramon. He has knocked out the staircase with close attention to detail and Im very pleased with the outcome
