Luan and team were brilliant from the beginning of the process. The rightmove listing was done quickly, and photos and wording about property were very well done. The team delivered many potential buyers for viewings, even with a backdrop of mortgage rates increasing! Most importantly got buyers at a purchase price I was happy with. Team were very supportive and empathic when any issues arose. Best experience I have had with an estate agent ever! Thanks team!
As buyers of the property, throughout the selling process, Alison & Luan were excellent. Felt very comfortable at all times - in a process full of difficulties, they kept us informed and were trustworthy. At critical moments they were proactive to ensure Exchange happened on time.
Nicola was easy to chat to and very helpful. She must have listened well to our property specifications as she sent through details of our ‘dream’ property..(sadly the location was not quite right for us). Nicola recommended a chat with Mel the mortgage broker, who is also very friendly and helpful. Thank you ladies!

Luan ,Jeremy and the team , worked hard to market our home ,securing us dozens of viewers and they conducted the viewings with detailed knowledge of our old property . Even when we at the final hurdle , lost our buyer , they quickly relaunched our house and secured us more offers within days. Finally this week, we completed on our sale. Luan in particular was ever present contacting solicitors and buyers to ensure things went at pace. Excellent service all round.
