Questionable stay Wasn’t very clean. Table was wobbly and questionable. Staining on chair was questionable.

Roachs found and so loud... You can hear all the sounds fr next boor and upstair. Really filthy. Smell like smoke and pee all the time

Called ahead saying I would be late checkin - after midnight - due to flight delay. No problem, clerk said it was fine until 2:30am. Arrived about 12am, no one in lobby or desk. No buzzer, etc. Fire alarm beeping continuously. Called the number on my reservation after waiting 10 minutes. No answer! Called repeatedly. After 15 minutes a girl comes out & says ‘checking in?’ I said I’m trying to. She said hold on and turns off the beeping alarm. Finally gets me checked in & I’ll ask if it was a non-smoking room. The property is very old, tubs are stained and has a odor in the rooms. The GRS was nice I tried to find a room that was tolerable for one night. I wanted to cry when I seen a bug (roach) crawling the wall. I’m terrified of bugs. Next time I’ll spend the extra money to stay I hotel in a better condition.
