We weren't met with the most personable employee. I asked for my sheets to be changed because my granddaughter was ill - they said they couldn't but I could - and gave me clean sheets.

Clean but the floor in the room we had was uneven in places. I have a bad back, so I don't blame the bed there but in the morning I was so ready to leave. Went down at about 6:30 am and no one was there. They must not do this anymore, but I think it's silly not to have someone there to see who is coming through the front. The side doors you need a key, but the front, you didn't. Anyone could have just walked in. There was a sign on the desk with a number for assistance but it just rang and rang and rang. None Of The Doors Worked Nor The Elevators. We Had To Walk In The Pouring Rain Around The Building Due To No Access From The Doors Not Working.
