NICE HOTEL BUT MY STAY WASN'T TOO PLEASING I ARRIVED AT THE HOTEL, CONVENIENTLY LOCATED, AND WAS GREETED BY THE FRONT DESK. EVERYTHING FROM CLEANLINESS TO OVERALL APPEARANCE IS FINE, HOWEVER, MY HEAT DID NOT WORK, ROOM WAS VERY COLD AND THE BED WAS NOT COMFORTABLE AT ALL. I WOKE UP WITH A BACKACHE.

Well, I booked on the Expedia mobile app and the data did not make it to the Hotel, some kind of communication problem between the two parties. I was accommodated nevertheless,and grateful for that. Only issue was that at 4 AM I received a call from the front desk, their system showing that the room was available. I stay with Extended Stay almost every week, first time tat things did not go well.

Clean and Comfortable This is a clean and comfortable hotel. It’s in an area with a lot of construction and not very much else in the immediate area. The lady who checked us in was very helpful and really pleasant. The “grab and go” breakfast consisted of instant oatmeal and granola bars. Not worth grabbing. When we first checked in, there was a lot of screaming out in the hallway. Kids, we thought, but it was quiet during the night. The hotel is hard to find if you aren’t familiar with that area.
