Room has strong smell of animals and tub did not drain.

Almost got it the location and the hotel we're great. the room seemed perfect until I woke up to shower the next morning and found a previous guest's personal blue towel behind the bathroom door. I then began to wonder if the room was thoroughly cleaned or just a superficial job. it felt disgusting. Close to suntrust park Staff member knocked on our door at 3am because nobody marked our room as occupied. We called the front desk and she apologized.

Staff could not have been more friendly. Road weary and exhausted with our toddler feeling the same after driving 16 hours in stop and go traffic due to hurricane evacuations, the staff at Extended Stay was AMAZING! Everyone went above and beyond by going out of their way to call us when someone cancelled so we could book the room for my sister in law and her children as they evacuated swfl the day after us. Thank you to everyone at Extended Stay!!
