The facility was clean. The customer service was exceptional. The room, very spacious, clean, and comfy. Usually in some hotels they post these beautiful pictures only to get there and can clearly see it had to be when they first opened because furniture and bed is run down. Not with Extended Stay America. The bed was beyond comfortable. The furniture well up to date and new. Update please. I travel frequent and this property is not up to date at all!!! Found a dead spider in my bed, however the staff gave me another room. Not pleased at ALL!!!!

Staff are wonderful...feel like family but always very professional! I would love to see better area for dogs outside with waste receptacles that provide dog poop bags in hopes that people would be more likely to properly dispose of their dog's waste if readily accessible. There is an already partially fenced area on back wooded side of hotel that could be accessible from both sides of hotel requiring only an added gate fence section on both ends with maybe a waste receptacle with poop bags at each gate.
