Adequate overall. Very average, but bathroom tile needs a good cleaning. Grout is very dirty in shower

Ask you no questions and give you clean sheets The hotel was a perfect location for me. A lot of construction workers stay here that are working on new stadium, so parking is a little crazy. Its not the Ritz but its not the Bates. It's exactly what you pay for. Staff was friendly. If your used to being on the road, it's a good place. If your not, spend a lil extra for a more star hotel or your taking the chance of dissatisfaction. I love Extended Stay The most that impressed me was the staff. Very helpful, courteous and professional. Allowed us to do an early check in. At first there was nothing available. Staff went out their way to find us a room. It was actually an upgrade for the same price . He empathized with the fact that we were out of town and our first night lodging fell through.

Great staff A bigger sign is needed out front because it's easy to pass. The hotel staff was excellent. The manager was very avialable and helpful. The hotel needs upgrades but it was not bad at all. You have to ask for dishes, etc because they are not already in the room but I ended up saving a lot of money cooking and not having to eat out my entire stay. My trip required me to drive back and forth to the Georgia World Congress Center and my commute was about 20 minutes, hardly hitting any traffic. There are also a lot of ... read more
Room cleaning Their was three of us to a room and because of that we were told that they do not clean (change linen, take out the trash or leave clean towels) we must do that ourselves. Friday, Saturday and Sunday we had to wait over two hours for towels (bath towels, wash cloths and a floor towel) because they needed to wash and dry what they had. We also had two visitors (cockroach) one in the restroom, a big one crawled down the wall while my daughter was showering and the other came from the kitchen cabinet.

Excelente Excelente hotel personal muy amable
Good Traveling Rest Stop Late check-in but the attendant was kind and courteous. I requested additional pillows and towel which was provided promptly. Well appointed room, clean, Full size Fridge and everything worked! Definitely a good place for work travel.
