PERFECT LOCATION This hotel could NOT be better located tp enjoy Atlanta. Everything is RIGHT there. MARTA, Interstates, shopping , malls, restaurants and more! Hotel in period of renovation. I would rate higher when the renovations are completed. Be sure to ask for the coffee pot and kitchen dishes. Nice sized room. GREAT TV. Stove, refrig, microwave. SKIP the "free" breakfast. Publix 1/2 mile away for grocery shopping.

Atlanta Perimeter Extended Stay Hotel was quiet. Staff was very polite and helpful. The hotel is under some renovation. When they are done, all should be very nice.

Very convient location Close to Marta, the grocery store and all kinds of food and shopping. Renovations started upstairs the week of 01/06/15 when I was there. Should benefit from a update even though very clean and livable.

relaxing stay It was wonderful! The rooms were clean. However, I do have one complaint, the lights over the nightstand did not work. I reported it but no one came to repair it. (I stayed two nights) I was a little disappointed in that.

Great Everything we needed and wanted, we only spent one nite but it was a great value for the price. The staff was VERY friendly and helpful. I would stay there again, especially if it was a longer stay.

Reasonable budget hotel The hotel was ok but the room was in a strange condition when I entered. The chairs we on the bed which did not look very inviting. Other than that, since it is a no frills hotel, no daily housekeeping was expected. The price was reasonable and you have ample parking space as well.
