Reasonable prices but... Extended Stay America / Atlanta Perimeter / Hammond Drive was located in the proximity of downtown Atlanta. It was hard for my friend and I to find it since our GPSs were out of juice. We had to ask local people where it was located (the old fashion way), since we were already driving through Sandy Springs in circles... Nice hotel The hotel was good, clean when checking in. No problems. However, when I received my itinerary, it said the hotel will take a cash deposit of $100 if no credit card. The person that checked me in, would not take a cash deposit as it was stated in the itinerary.

Clean but suspicious Hotel was cleaned. Location is excellent. However, I was not sure if cameras was in the room. I would leave the room and leave television on for a short time going to Publix around the corner, and when I returned television was off. I had assumed the cleaning staff had turned it off. But by my surprise, if you stay less than a week, you do not receive cleaning during your stay. However, you can pick up clean towels. That was fine! Satisfied Stayed 5 nights, staff were extremely helpful and polite. Rooms were generally clean except the rug was fairly dirty.

Economical business getaway was there for 2 days and felt comfortable and safe. on my 2nd day the office was not open at 6 for coffee though it did open by 6:45. Room was clean and comfortable, tv worked fine, air ok

Room in rough shape, but they're improving. First, the place is in excellent location, so hard to find lodging at this price nearby. The desk clerk walked me to the room to make sure it was satisfactory, and I approved it. That said, kitchenette & bath floor tiles were loose, bath and toilet cracked and rusted. Otherwise room was clean and the bed comfortable. They were painting the exterior while I was there, so there is evidence that they're taking steps to maintain the place. They stopped providing kitchen supplies. You have to ask for plates, forks etc. Although it is extended stay hotel, no kitchen supplies are there.
