The lady working the front desk was very nice and helpful, that was the best thing about this hotel. The hotel was okay, just glad I was not staying more than two nights. The beds were uncomfortable, there was no hot water the entire stay, we only had warm water. On a positive note the room was clean. The location of the hotel was good, not to far from downtown. Nice and cheap Conveniently located just off the interstate and 2 minutes from a mall with the Cheesecake Factory (my favorite restaurant), this hotel was secluded from noise and in a good neighborhood. The staff vacilated between extremely helpful and apathetic, but everything about the room was spot on. If you don't mind a 15-20 minute drive to get downtown, then this is the perfect place.

Excellent room for the money Great room for the money. It was clean and the staff was friendly. Good neighborhood. I would stay here again

The staff made it bearable!! Pros: Very organized, helpful, friendly evening shift desk representative! she had all our check in paperwork printed and organized awaiting our signatures. At the time I checked in, there were 3 other check ins, 2 customers wishing to extend their stay, and about 4 calls holding! She never lost her composure or smile! Kudos! Great Location Room was a great deal for the price I paid. Was a huge studio room. The rest of the hotel needed some minor touch ups and the alot of the place smelled like smoke. Only stayed there one night and was pretty satisfied with service.

Great stay Great hotel. Rooms were very clean and had perfect space to move around and everything. Wounderfull price and not to far at all from Six Flags.
