Close to Convention Center Staff was great... rooms ok...remember to ask for coffee maker when you check in!

Extremely loud yelling from next room all night and after I called front desk it did not go away. I will not be staying there again. Also there’s a train very nearby.

Receptionist was kind of rude. The hotel itself including the walk way is not clean. Heater was not working for us. Room facilities and the restroom are of low standard. It’s a very old hotel. Was expecting a better standard from Extended Stay provided hotels

Staff is rude, homeless everywhere

The room is too old and is a lot , a lot of noise outside

I did not stay in this hotel. They cancel my booking few mnutes before my arrival. And its a fully paid booking

The room was dirty. It smelt like cigarettes. The walls were peeling. It was horrible. Will never stay here again. Had to check out a day before.
