Staff works hard to make your stay pleasant. Clean and bed was super comfortable.
Most of the stay was nice, however we had to ask 4 times for clean towels. When they finally arrived, they did not take the dirty ones.when they left the room. We were told, "We only clean the rooms on your floor on Tuesdays.
Recliner worn and torn. Everything else was good. Easy access to our activities
No complementary breakfast was ever offered. Very disappointed
Good price, good location not much else The hotel is clean and in a good, centralized area but oh my is it loud! We were on the first floor, it sounded like demolition going on above us. I called the front desk, but nothing was done.
