Great accommodation Great accommodation
Altho I know this is unpopular, but, some of us do smoke and would like to in some rooms. I don't think I will stay there again because of their unhospitable attitude toward people who wish to smoke. We had to go outside to our car in a winter storm. I do not wish to expose people to cigarette smoke if it is unwelcome, nor do I accept their commendation.
Enjoyed CS in Bartlesville. Excellent rate for suite. Clean and comfôrtable. Great value.

A+ ALL THE WAY Very nice and peaceful !
2 visits, 1st great, 2nd not so great This was my second time staying at this hotel. First time no problem. This time the room smelled really bad of cigarette smoke. Immediately notified the front desk, they said they would check for another room and would call our room. After 1 1/2 hours no call. Checked with front desk and they said they were booked, and no other rooms were available. After stating that was unacceptable and not backing down, she miraculously found us a different room. A Great Weekend Getaway The water pressure could have been better. Because I was traveling alone, the hotel staff ensured that I was safe and kept track of me.
