Check in was rushed and any thing written down such as WiFi passwords and phone numbers were scribbled beyond legibility. That was just a product of the rushed check-in. All and all a great hotel with above par conditions and rooms
Dissappointing Microwave didn't work. Stool was plugged. Key didn't work on 2nd day. According to the reservations room was to have a view of the lake. The view was of someone's back yard. Very dissapointed and won't be staying with this hotel ever again.

Double Booked The hotel itself was great; the service was terrible. We found out at mignight that the room had been double booked by virtue of the original occupant using a key card to attempt entering the room. We paid for a king suite through Hotels.com and were checked into a queen suite by the hotel with no mention to us. Nice stay will do again when in Bartlesville
Good value in Bartlesville This hotel caters to the extended stayers, but is also good for people like us who are just spending one night in Bartlesville. It is on the same road with all the other hotels in town, and here you get a one room suite for the price of a standard hotel room. It is a great value. The hotel looks new. It is very clean and the beds are comfortable.
Business travel It was a nice place to stay for business. Rooms were clean and the full kitchen was nice. No need to go out and eat every night

Room was very nice for the price. A little misleading in the listing room did not overlook anything except parking lot but for the price it was good
