No blow dryer in room This hotel was fine for the price. But it didn't have a blow dryer in the room, which I consider to be pretty standard for hotels these days.
Overpriced motel! Beds were standard not queen, towel service was awful. Would not give extra towels without turning dirty ones in. An inconvenience!!!! Breakfast was very limited to muffins and coffee. I'm not a coffee drinker..,

Trip across south US This is our second stay at an Extended Stay Hotel. We are happy with the rooms, comfort and quiet. Location is good. Shops is 5 mins drive down the road. Drive to downtown is 15 min. Good base to explore Barton Rouge. Front Desk was helpful in getting us cooking facilities.
2nd impressions Courtney provided a great deal of customer service and made sure our second night was perfect. My first night stay wasn't quite up to par due to the room having an awful odor that caused us not to have a good night rest, however the second night definitely made up for the inconvenience of the first night stay. She was very professional and understanding. Because of her customer service and professionalism I will be recommending this hotel to all my colleagues, family and friends.
