perfect for football weekend. nice, clean, new feeling. good desk. next to nice shopping center with theater, resteraunts, walking distance.

nice hotel--good for longer stay The hotel is nice and clean. The only complaint I would give is that the fridge in our room was not cooling at all. I informed about it at the front desk twice but they did not send anyone to fix it. The hotel does not have any ice machine or anything either. We stayed here for 2 nights only so I didn't really make a fuss over it.

Cute, clean and comfortable Cleanliest carpet Ive even seen. Bed was comfortable, food was walking distance.

I'd stay here again. I've stayed here twice and I actually think it got better the second time. Last time I informed them that the non-smoking floor smelled heavily of cigarette smoke. The manager apologized and said they were working on preventing people from smoking. I can't remember if I stayed on the same floor, but this time the non-smoking floor smelled clean. I felt very welcome at this hotel The only problem I had with the trip was the fact that the understanding that I had when I made the reservation with you and what I received was very different. My understanding when I made the reservation may have been my mistake, but I was under the impression that there would be a sleep sofa in this room. Room could have been a little cleaner especially bath room. Shower leaked and sprayed water all over.

Great hotel, good service The hotel was great! Very quiet and clean. Only problem they did not want to honor our request for a nonsmoking room. When we booked with this website, we specifically chose nonsmoking as well as made a note that we must have nonsmoking. When we arrived, they told us they did not have any available to give us. This was because they honor the requests of guests that book through them first.
