Price and room that OK .. They just need to training little be more the Staff there was not too friendly at all.!! But will be appreciate that coffee and granola bars for breakfast..😼

Visiting ISU Our room was comfortable and clean. I really liked the recliner in the room however our refrigerator did not get cold. On check in I was offered the option of what floor I would like and how close to the elevator. I really liked that!

The staff was very friendly. Easy to find and just about every store or restaurant not far from the hotel

They Could Do Better With A Little Effort The room was clean but the common areas (hallways, elevator, lobby, etc) were always dirty. Breakfast (if you could call it that - a mini muffin or granola bar is not breakfast) and coffee were not put out until 6AM - my work shift started at 5AM. I don't know why they can't put it out any earlier, we pay for it as part of our fee. What can it cost them - a $0.25 muffin and a pack of instant oatmeal?? I stayed for 6 weeks, my room was never vacuumed....

The location was great! There was a wide variety of restaurants nearby. It was very quiet, and all of the staff were courteous and friendly. I'd definitely stay here again.

Noisy People in room above me sounded like they were running around and jumping off the bed. Complained to staff stopped for bit. Woken up at 4 am to noises and had to call front desk at 4 am.
