It would have been nice to have a hair dryer.

We do have hair dryers available at the desk and I apologize that our staff did not communicate that upon check in. I will make sure to address the importance of communicating our amenities to our guests at check in. I do hope that you will return to our hotel in the future.

Newly renovated, clean, organized, and friendly Great hotel! I was so surprised for the extremely low price that I paid, especially when I saw how untouched my room looked (untouched as in, they don't appear to get that much business as everything looked brand new). Day 1 the lady was incredibly kind, warm, and went out of her way to provide wonderful customer service. However, Day 2 - YIKES - the lady was rude, unprofessional, has poor communication skills, was very indirect, and avoided eye contact with me
Great location Kathi was very helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Grab and go breakfast was out early...great!
Room was satisfactory...clean, comfortable bed, nice room. Had to ask where the trash room on my floor was (not near my room at all).
Good inexpensive place to stay The hotel isn't 'high living', but for the price, it was everything it needed to be; clean, friendly, and comfortable. I would highly recommend this place! And it's ease of access right off the highway was great. The hotel is well lit from the outside and welcoming.
