This hotel is located close the the road so is very noisy. Although the hotel has recently been renovated, the rooms are still outdated. We stayed in a double room and the layout was just weird. The bathroom was right next to the kitchen facilities with just a piece of wood separating them. The staff were helpful. Breakfast wasn't really a proper breakfast. Booked on short notice, and was very happy with the hotel and room quality for the price. Greater Boston is extremely expensive, even for very basic rooms, so this was a pleasant surprise. Location was fine for my needs - business travel and long work days, but for leisure, it is not an ideal location.

It served it's purpose. It was located in between Boston and the Southern Maine Coast. The breakfast was very simple. The price was reasonable. The air conditioner was loud and the room seemed to have a smoky smell. The staff responded quickly to our need of a hair dryer.
PERFECT LOCATION FOR VISITING FAMILY MY BROTHER & I CAME TO VISIT IN-LAWS & SPREAD MY HUSBAND'S REMAINS WHERE HE GREW UP & LIVED. (HIS HEART WAS WITH ME IN CA, BUT HIS SOUL WAS ALWAYS BACK IN NEW ENGLAND.) WE ARRIVED AT THE HOTEL VERY LATE & YOUR MGR, MICHAEL, WAS WORKING A 14 HR SHIFT. PERFECT LOCATION FOR OUR NEEDS AS I MENTIONED IN MY PREVIOUS REVIEW, WE COULDN'T BE HAPPIER WITH THE SERVICE WE RECEIVED. THE MGR, MICHAEL, GAVE US EXTRAORDINARY SERVICE FOR THE REMAINDER OF OUR STAY. THE ONLY THING I WOULD LIKE TO STATE REGARDING YOUR SUITES IS THAT YOU SHOULD HAVE A MIRROR IN THE BEDROOM. Pretty good The man at the desk, Joe, was very nice and helpful. The rooms were spacious and nice, with a full kitchen and pull out couch. However, the fitted sheet didn't fit the bed so I slept half on the bare mattress. The water pressure was very low and I also woke up with a spider in the sheets. Overall, the room seemed very clean so perhaps I was just unlucky with the spider.
