Brand new , staff under training We had a brand new room never slept in, small room with a kitchen but not equipped at all! Some designers missed on some stuff like the shower head that is standing at 7’ high , the staff where not trained but doing their best , breakfast included but only basic stuff and worst coffee ever , there is a huge car wash in front and we could hear it play loud music in our room, for 179$ us it’s simply too much for what we got ! Great property at affordable price. Everything was new. The room was comfortable. The continental breakfast is very basic.
Only complaint was mattress could have been higher quality
Fantastic staff at a brand new hotel The hotel itself was amazing! It just opened last week, so because it’s brand new there seems to be a little settling still going on, but it didn’t affect the quality of the stay. The staff were all so friendly (from the maintenance men putting the last touches on everything, to the busy little housekeeping ladies, to the multiple front desk staff I dealt with), and very eager to help. During our week-long stay, they didn't change the bed linens, take out the trash, or change the towels. There's no breakfast, only coffee and tea.

I am so sorry that you did not understand our policy of extended stay, we do not clean rooms every day, we clean them every seven days and we have a trash location on every floor for you to dump your trash, also have grab to go breakfast from 6am to 9:30 am, which we explain to guest at every check in.
Do it yourself kinda hotel… Didn’t appreciate having to gather dirty towels and having to take them to the office for clean ones. They cater to long term stays which included kitchenettes but be prepared to go downstairs and get the plates, silverware, pans etc… laundry is ridiculous, small washers and 2.50 a load to wash and 2.50 a load to dry. If you don’t mind running back and forth for your needs maybe this will work, I’m trying to relax and chasing after clean linens, towels, and dishes isn’t my idea of that. The people... read more
