New hotel so rooms were clean, nice new beds and chairs. Loved the fact that it still smelled new. Think they still need to hire more staff. I was assigned a room and when I went in all the bedding was stripped off the bed and piled on the chair. Clearly had not been fully serviced. Kenyetta (front desk) is absolutely the best. She connects with the guests and is welcoming, efficient and respectful. The rest of the staff we dealt with were kind and helpful. The hotel was always clean and well maintained. Parking was plentiful and well lit. It is close to shopping and the highway. Every thing you need is close by.

The entire building moves. When the elevator moves the building moves. You can hear everything. There are no cups or anything to just stay there a night like other hotels( not extended stays) The TV didn’t work. There was no complimentary shampoos or lotion. Most hotels have larger bottles mounted in the shower. It is not a place for families whatsoever. If you work and want to stay in a low budget new hotel this is for you.
