Poor Customer Service The facility itself was nice. However; I requested a wake-up call and it never came. Had I overslept, the entire weekend would have been ruined.

High School Football Champs Great hotel, when Cary-Grive goes to state next year I will be staying there again. The hotel is close to everything you need!

Convenient location & good price This hotel is just north of I74 and fairly convenient to most of the U of I. Our room was spacious, with a King-size bed, full refrigerator and a kitchenette. Very good for the money.
ESA Champaign Hotel was somewhat clean. The finishes were worn, linens seemed old also. Room was fine, bed was not the greatest but certainly not the worst I've ever slept on. All in all it was an average experience...nothing great but nothing terribly bad.
Extended Stay-Champaign, IL No bells and whistles at this hotel, but okay for a one or two night stay. The room was clean and met all our needs. Could use some better quality pillows! Very small lobby with no room for people to sit and socialize and of course no breakfast or coffee/beverages. Still not a bad value.
