Pleasantly surprised For the price, I was very impressed with what this hotel offered. My room had a small kitchen, fridge, and pots and pans. This would be very convenient if I was staying longer. The room was really clean and comfortable.

Perfect fit for our needs. We needed a hotel for 4 moms and 6 kids to stay in after a concert. We had two rooms and having the two bedrooms in each gave us all enough space. I never sleep well in hotels but i slept very well. There is noise from planes flying over the hotel but it did not bother us. We would defintely stay here again.

Great hotel located close to places to eat and air Very comfortable, since we had grandmother with us we needed a place to hold 3 adults and 2 kids. This was it, affordable and comfortable.

1 mile from expo center Had to walk thru rain for breakfast, seperate building. Workers have parties on Friday nights. Kids run through the lot and use scooters in lot. Even blocked parking spots to play games. Loud until 10 pm, left beer cans. Room was good, environment of hotel outside is questionable.

Great for Families We stayed for a family vacation in DC. It was clean, friendly and the room we stayed in was perfect for us. Plenty to do in the area and close to the metro for the trip to DC. Close to food and shops for everything you need.

great studio room for our family With this being our first visit to the area, we were very pleased with the ease of finding the hotel. We also liked the ease in getting to and from local restaurants, grocery stores, & gas stations.....it was right off the main thorough-fare. The studio style room had a nice kitchen and the room was always very clean.....they housekeepers even did our dishes each day! Hotel great, guest staying there, not so much Hotel and room were nice, clean and had everything you could need for an extended or short stay, only exception the furniture (couch and chair) in my room were not very comfortable. My only real complaint would be with some of the guests staying there. On several occasions there were people drinking in the parking lot in the evening. Seemed to be construction workers who were staying in the hotel.

Overall great buy! The only drawback is the walls too thin and you can hear next door. If you will be there for business and works need to be done at your room, this will hinder your efficiency. Stayed for a week and had hard time concentrating for several days. Even though the hotel is away from Washington D. C. for 20 miles, it will take at least one to one and half hour to be there. Anytime, any day, any routs, there are always traffic jam near D.C.
