Last minute reservation I was having a hard time getting a room reserve at other hotels. This hotel had a room for me right away which was awesome. Room was good and clean. Staff was very friendly.

week of schooling Good Hotel. Simple and easy for what I was there for. I don't think I would bring my kids there since there isn't much for them to do at the hotel. Vending machines would be something to invest in.

The hotel was ok the staff was helpful not enough pillows bed to small room smelled a little stuffy and the main issue I have is they don't clean your room daily that was just unacceptable to me we stayed 2 nights had to ask for towels

Excellent Front Desk. The staff is very friendly and very helpful. Looked up info and assisted me with a car problem.

Helpful, Friendly, Informative Staff The kind girl at the front desk gave us so much information about the city of Chicago. She recommended a great cab service which was reliable and timely. We used them all weekend. She also supplied me with a hair dryer upon request, and gave us free laundry detergent. She told us how to get to the train station, and how to get around. Family relaxation Good room kids loved it close to home so was very accomatable and flexable with scheduled activities and family meetings

Not bad Pretty good for mid-grade hotel. Kitchenette is absolutely bear. Not even a paper towel and you have to ask for utensils etc... That would be ok if the blonde lady at the front desk was nice or helpful. She was the worst part of the experience hands down. She pretty much ignored me. Maybe I didn't appear to have enough money even though I own 3 businesses. It was fairly clean and they have good coffee in the morning.
