Two night stay It served my needs. There were bags of tied garbage in the stairwells all the time. I am a detail person and noted the corners weren't as clean as could have/should have been. Person at front desk very pleasant and helpful. Stairwell hadn't been cleaned/vacuumed in a while. Little things like that I notice.

VERY IMPRESSIVE Our hotel at Extended Stay was GREAT!! When we checked we did encounter a problem with the front desk clerk but the manager Amy quickly stepped in and handled the situation professionally. We stayed on the second floor after looking at a room on the fourth floor that smelled of smoke. The bed was comfortable, and the room was very clean. My husband really enjoyed relaxing in the recliner while watching television. Yorktown Mall is across the street and there are plenty of restaurants in the immediate vicinity... read more
So pleased with our stay Our host, [...], from check-in to check-out and even later when we needed some help, was professional, kind, friendly, smiling and helpful in every way...she is the main reason we will stay again. She even called our room after we were settled to ask if everything was ok and if she could be of service in anyway...I have not received this service in top notch New York hotels.

Needs improvement The bed was harder than the floor, the bathroom lighting was non existant.
Great price, convenient location I had a very good experience at this hotel. It was very close to the places I needed to be for my trip, at half the price of surrounding hotels. The feature kitchen allowed me to have my own food there, saving time and money. I would stay there again, and recommend it.
