I stayed at this hotel for over a month during May for a business trip, and I finally got time to share my experience — which was truly great! I was living alone, and the staff made me feel extremely comfortable and supported throughout my stay. Everyone was friendly, professional, and always ready to help. Don’t stay here. In June 2025, myself and a family member separately rented rooms. We were charged a $50 “refundable” security deposit to be returned to our card 2 days after checkout. As of this posting, we are still waiting for the return. I think they charge the deposit hoping people forget and they keep the money. Also, the floor in my room had a sunken and soft portion in one corner.

This place is clean no matter what any other reviews say nice hotel room Karissa is super friendly and the other receptionist is super friendly she's a help too.ask for your stuff at front desk such as plates pots pans dish drainer forks knives I'm not sure about immunity of toaster I know I didn't get a can opener I brought my own. Very nice staff and nice clean exercise room nice clean laundry and snack drink ice machine room.

I saw big cockroaches in the room!!!!! I am really really scared of the bugs that it's bothering my stay here. This is terrible. And I saw two days in a row with bigger size. I couldn't even use bathroom. The lady was nice try to spray it. But cockroaches are not nice. Please please please make them disappear from my room. I can't even sleep peacefully. My room is conquer by many cockroaches!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!😡😡😡😡

My stay was great and absolutely recommend for anyone. Very close to Cincinnati and easy travel from Downtown back to here. Parking lot is well maintained and good customer service. The room are well maintained and clean. Great breakfast hour and it is more convenient when tour Cincinnati and Covington.
