Torn chair, rusty refrigerator outside and inside, stained hallway rugs, dirty ring around tub drain but sheets and towels clean

Perfect
The hotel was fine but the bathroom in our room was disgusting. There was duct tape on the tub floor and the fixtures looked as if they hadn't been cleaned ever.
