Not awful but not great. Stayed at this hotel with my kids. Not horrible but the other guests are loud all hours of the night outside. I did see a few bugs(roaches) here and there and the water is most definitely harsh on our skin. I had use some CLR to clean the greenish shower head. Staff was pleasant for the most part and laundry is not free.

Love staying here Teresa at front desk is amazing and maintenance guy Dan is very quick to get your problem fixed asap. Had my ac replaced very same day.

As expecting something a little different. We had constant trouble with the key cards. Then after a couple of days a young man at the desk asked if we had them near our phones or credit cards. A lot of people were at the desk with this issue. There was one luggage cart when we got there and it was broken, they had a lojack on the other and had to go around to the rooms to find where it may have been beeping.
