Covenient for a business trip to Tampa area. Clean and comfortable
Love staying here Teresa at front desk is amazing and maintenance guy Dan is very quick to get your problem fixed asap. Had my ac replaced very same day.
As expecting something a little different. We had constant trouble with the key cards. Then after a couple of days a young man at the desk asked if we had them near our phones or credit cards. A lot of people were at the desk with this issue. There was one luggage cart when we got there and it was broken, they had a lojack on the other and had to go around to the rooms to find where it may have been beeping. nothing special Nothing special about this place. Room was okay for our needs. Staff was friendly which is always a plus. No towel service so we had to go buy towels from the store as we did not want to use the same 2 provided by the property for the whole week. Laundry facility was small so had to go to a nearby laundry mat to wash our purchased towels. We used our own cleaning wipes on the countertops and floors. Definitely were not clean.
For the price what can you expect.... This location is only a few years old at most and the rooms are well appointed for the price point. However our room had some issues. On the surface its appeared okay but we stayed for 10 days and after the first night I noticed something sticking out from under the foot rest that was next to the chair. I picked it up and found a huge toenail and a food wrapper. Stay here only to sleep! Hotel is between the Interstate and a busy highway. Don't expect to walk anywhere!! There wasn't anywhere outside to sit. Rooms are okay but NOTHING included with the kitchenette. Staff was not friendly. Also they are unavailable from 9 PM to 9AM. There is a phone to call them but they don't answer! If you just need a place to sleep this would be okay.
