3 day stay This was my first time staying at Extended Stay. We chose it because we wanted options to prepare some of our own food while we were in Cleveland. The suite was room (one queen bed) and clean. The kitchenette was convenient and stocked with needed basic plates, cups etc. Cook ware was available on request. The staff do not provide room service or cleaning but that was fine with us, since we were just staying for three days. I would stay again at this facility if I were again in the area.
Basic Basic hotel, basic price, good area for food. Room could have been cleaner (stains on the bed headboard).

Facility is clean, was a bit challenging to find, there are 2 Extended Stay Hotels in the same circle so make sure you have the right address at the time of booking. Staff were pleasant but could be more enthusiastic and welcoming. I feel good as a customer when a business demonstrates that they are happy to have me as a customer.
Ok Had issues with the air conditioner and no one answered the front desk phone. Very noisy people above us did not help the sleep. Staff not very responsive to air conditioner issues.
