Everything was great except the bed was hard and the pillows were flat and uncomfortable.

Dirty rooms but nice service Disgusting trash was left under the bed and some basic kitchen supplies were missing (including coffee, knife, bowls, mugs). We received most of the supplies we asked for but would not stay here again because the rooms appear unhygienic. Nonetheless, it was a quiet room and the staff were patient and professional.

ok, bed was made up poorly, stain on sheets and holes in Blanket. Hallways and stairs dirty. We think there were "road crew" workers there, but attention should have been paid to muddy boots etc.

I've stayed at a lot of hotels around that but not at the price, the service was excellent. The desk clerks were outstanding about anything you needed. It will be my pleasure to stay at the Extended Stay in the future. Please be sure and tell the desk clerks Thanks for their pleasing personality.

the hotel in ohio The first room I had was a non smoking but it smelt very smokey I had to ask for another room in the middle of the night
