The staff was great. They were very hospitable and responsive.\n\nThe second floor hallway smelled AWFUL! I am not sure what it was, but we almost turned around and left. But the rooms were clean and nicely appointed.

This was an amazing value. Friendly staff and clean room.\n\nThe first floor smelled like smoke when walking through, but we were on the second floor and we did not smell anything.

I have stayed at this hotel before and Pauline is always very nice and pleasant when I check in.

Good Location,nice room with a kitchen\n\nSomewhat dated but still OK. The breakfast was muffins, apples, oranges, oatmeal that you could make with hot water. A bit less than what we might have expected but still got us going in the AM

Pauline at checkin is wonderful! The rooms are very nice for the star level.

The location and amenities.\n\nThe room was cold !! the room appearance was old looking, picture on wall was messed up. Heater vent was broken, the bathtub stopper didn't work the thermostat on wall was broken, furniture was out of place. Bathroom paint on bathtub faucet had bad conk.\n\nThe clerk argued with me and put me off. She said morning shift will handle any complaints. Shes same agent...

good location.\n\nyea it doesnt have good breakfast no orange juice, milk , cereal waffles ect.\n\nIt allows dogs which were barking out loud, and chased me in lobby without a leash !
