Convenient for a getaway stay It's close to highways that get you to downtown Cleveland. It's also close to all kinds of shopping.

good for price... The location was great, and the hotel itself was better than some others. But the staff does not stay in the office, so I waited about 20 minutes to check in. Little things that were bothersome, such as no shampoo only soap, and no water in the vending machine.

Clean,quiet,reasonable Was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the room for the price. Had a full, equipped kitchen which was great for a multiple day stay. Room was very clean, even smelled clean,not perfumed. Room was quiet,air worked great, nice big screen TV and cable. I'd stay again and recommend to family.

Great location to shopping centers and restraurant When we first arrived Saturday night 7/9/2012 we were in a smoking room and I asked the desk clerk Erica if we could get a non smoker room and she told me they were all booked but they was sure one would be open the next day. We were able to move to a non smoking room the next day and we had forgotten to request a room that was handicap accessible because we had a elderly person with us that needed help getting in and out of the shower and we were moved to a room that would ... read more

comfortable room, a little worn, fridge was a little noisy, Staff was friendly and accomodating.
